Most of what goes wrong on a build happens in the handoffs — between the architect and the builder, the builder and the sub-contractor, the sub-contractor and the client. Da Rocca keeps that chain short. Craig and Mike are the two people you deal with, from the first costing to the final walk-through, coordinating architects, engineers, banks and suppliers directly rather than routing everything through account managers.
Registered, and it shows in the detail
Da Rocca Projects is an NHBRC-registered contractor, which means every new-build carries the structural warranty cover that registration requires. Beyond the paperwork, it's the same standard applied to the parts nobody photographs — foundations, waterproofing, wiring runs — as the finishes that end up in a portfolio.
