Brief & site visit
We walk the site or existing home with you, talk through the brief, and give you an honest read on scope, timeline and likely cost before any drawings are commissioned.
Design & approval
Working alongside your architect (or ours, if you need one), we cost the drawings properly and manage council approval, so the plan that gets signed off is the plan that actually gets built.
Construction
From foundations to final fit-out, Craig and Mike run the site directly — coordinating trades, inspections and material deliveries, with regular walk-throughs so you always know what stage you're at.
Handover
A final snag walk-through before keys change hands, plus NHBRC warranty documentation and contact details for any post-handover follow-up.
